Garden Club

Master Gardeners work with schools to provide after-school garden clubs for K-12 students around The Dalles. Students explore hands-on, garden-based and physically-active science lessons after school on their school campuses or out at our garden, The DIG. The program is taught by OSU faculty and is supported by Master Gardener volunteers. It was created to inspire of love of plants, insects, gardening, and the environment!

Journal activities give students the opportunity to practice writing and critical thinking skills.
