A workshop for farmers selling value-added products
Learn the art of making and preserving tomato sauces and salsas with vegetables you grow on your farm, for the purpose of selling these value-added foods under Oregon's Farm Direct Marketing Law. Participants will learn how to craft safe recipes, and will take home their creations!
Hands-on demos led by experienced OSU Master Food Preservers. In collaboration with Lane County Farmers Market.
