Overview
Bringing together the experience and expertise of representatives from the Pacific Islands and Tribal nations, as well as climate scientists, educators, curriculum developers, and local youth, we will work to develop a climate change curriculum framework and determine the essential components that these lessons will contain.

Thursday, February 22

- Present the capture ideas and potential next iteration of the Scope and Sequence

- Focus group with local Hawaiian students: Understanding Climate Change from a Student Perspective
- Learn the basic writing style and structure of the development process

Additional Guests: A third adult will incur an extra person charge of $80.00 plus tax per person per night. Children 17 and under are free.
Extending your Stay: Unfortunately, the hotel is sold out before our meeting. Because they have very limited availability after the conference, guests won't be able to extend reservations at the group rate or stay in the same room. If you would like to make a new reservation, you will need to make a new reservation.

Per Diem Rates for OSU Employees and Advisory Committee Members:
- Out of state transit day $117/day (2/20 and 2/24)
- Dinner $94/dinner (2/21 and 2/23)
Breakfast, snacks and lunches are included for the conference, and dinner on 2/22.
Group Dinner
Thursday, February 22 at 6:00pm at the MonkeyPod located behind Outriggers, beachfront.
We will enjoy "family style" salad and appetizers, and then, to best accommodate our group, guests will order individual main dishes.
*If a guest is joining you, please click the link below to pay for the "family-style" dishes. They must pay separately for their main dish after dinner on Thursday.
