Overcoming Reforestation Challenges

This class will provide an update on current reforestation challenges and a discussion of ways to overcome them. Shortages of seedlings and services are making it hard to get trees in the ground, particularly with the increase in demand due to the wildfires. Extreme heat and drought are stressing or killing many of the trees we have planted. Whether you are doing it yourself or looking for help to get it done, success will depend on your attention to every step of the reforestation/establishment process, now more than ever. Join this class to learn more about successful practices and the increasing sources of assistance for family forest owners.
