Record Book Materials

Completing a Record Book is a great way to learn more about your project and capture all the amazing things you've done during the year. By keeping records, you will also have an advantage when applying for awards, special trips, scholarships, and 4-H leadership positions. Here you will find our Yamhill County specific records and a link to the record pieces on the state page.

Resources

Record Book ID Page (in English): You will replace your ID page with a new one every year. Be sure to include a photo of yourself and possibly your project.
4-H Story (in English): Your story page is a culmination of all you did in 4-H for the year. You will replace your story page every year.
Leadership Record (in English): This fillable record is used for Junior Leaders, Ambassadors and Leadership Development.
Youth Leadership Advancement (in English): Youth Leadership Advancement fillable page
Yamhill County 4-H Records and Awards Handbook (in English): The purpose of this handbook is to assist 4-H members in completing their records, provide information Leaders can use to help teach members about record keeping and much more.
