Fair Entry Forms

The 2024 Washington County Fair Entry Forms are here!

Every 4-H Member who is entering an exhibit in the fair needs to complete an Exhibitor Packet. Members also need to submit entry forms for each project area they want to enter in the fair. Club leaders must review and sign each fair entry form to ensure completeness and accuracy of classes being entered.

Please note: This year the Poultry Entry Forms have significantly changed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your club leader or the Poultry Superintendent.

Cloverbuds only need to out one entry form, as all of their exhibits will fit onto the single entry form.

Fair entry forms may be uploaded to: https://beav.es/SG6 The fair entry upload site opens on May 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and closes on May 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Fair entry forms may also be dropped off at the Washington County 4-H Office: 1815 NW 169th Place, Suite 1000, Beaverton, Oregon 97006. The deadline for in-person entries is 4:00 p.m. on May 15, 2024.

Late fair entry forms will not be accepted.
