  • Complete a volunteer application form/Background Check (Available at the Extension Service)
  • Attend New Leader Training
  • Recruit club members!

4-H club leaders can open a club checking account without providing their personal information. Please review the Financial Guidelines first.

This form is mandatory for all 4-H clubs, advisories, and committees regardless if no income is generated. Please fill out this form for income and expenses that occurred during July 1st to June 30th of the 4-H academic year.
