Farming is one of the most stressful occupations in the U.S. What causes stress in farming? How do you cope with stress? How can you help yourself or others when there is too much stress?
The project promotes 25 activities encouraging healthy eating, physical activity, and less screen time. The cards have both English and Spanish options.
