The Industry Tour to CS Beef Packers includes an overview of CS Beef Packers role in harvesting cows & fed cattle and perspectives on the Beef Genetics Participants will take a guided hallway tour through the facility prior to having a round-table discussion about the cattle and beef industries. Finally, participants will learn about the Beef Quality Assurance Program and how to improves carcasses beyond the "status quo" prior to learning to assess carcass quality.
