Sweet & spicy? Savory? Sauces are versatile and fun to make with different types of fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices. Come learn to can up some mouth-watering gourmet sauces with the water bath canner. Participants will take home several different canned sauces. There will be a lunch break - bring a sack lunch and drinks.
