Come learn from the Organic Agriculture Extension team and other researchers about fall-planted cereals and cover crops! Featuring research on naked barley, wheat and triticale variety trials, common vetch variety trials, and cover crop interseeding equipment. Presenters will discuss disease and weed management in organic systems, end-use quality, and transitioning to organic. Delicious grain snacks will be provided!
