This seminar is an introduction to pollinators and their role in our garden. After a brief overview of what pollinators are, why they are important for us, and why we need them, we will look at some of the different pollinators in our landscape. We will conclude with some steps you can take in your landscape to create an environment where pollinators can thrive.

Ernst Schwintzer is a member of the Native Plant and Pollinator Group of the OSU Master Gardeners of Lane County.

No registration is necessary.

This seminar is part of National Pollinator Week. Join us for more pollinator workshops on Saturday, June 22 from 1-3:30 pm.

In collaboration with and in support of the OSU Extension Master Gardener™ Program. The Lane County Master Gardener Association (LCMGA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in support of the OSU Extension Lane County Master Gardener program.
