Umatilla County 4-H staff and volunteers help youth make the most of a wide variety of learning experiences. Being a 4-H member, or volunteering as a leader, is an opportunity for you to share and grow in your personal interest areas in subjects as varied as robotics, food and nutrition, public speaking, animal science, community service and more.

What is 4-H?

With more than 6.5 million members, 4-H is the largest out-of-school youth program in the United States. 4-H empowers kids with hands-on learning experiences to help them grow and thrive.
